We Move U LLC moved the contents of my three-room apartment from Jersey City, New Jersey to Woodbridge, Virginia in March. They were professional and focused. They took their time, did not rush the move and packed everything securely. They made what I considered to be a difficult move much easier. My initial telephone conversation was with Jason. I liked his vibe so much that, even though I received a lower estimate from one trucker and the promise of lower estimates from at least two others, I did not even consider them. I particularly liked that I did not have to go through a bunch of people and departments to speak with them by phone. They were very personable, attentive and accommodating. Michael, the owner, stopped by my apartment two weeks prior to my move to look things over and gave me a realistic timeline for the packaging and moving and some instructions about the best way to pack and label things. He delivered boxes the same day. Because of Michael’s planning and attention to detail, everything went as promised on the day of the move. He had even taken traffic and weather into consideration during our discussions, monitoring it days in advance. On the day of the event, they arrived in a timely manner and wasted no time in getting right to work securing my items and packing them into the truck. They worked with absolute diligence, dedication and commitment to make sure that my items were securely wrapped and insulated before loading them into the truck. Once in Virginia, they reassembled everything in my new apartment that they disassembled at my old apartment and put them in the designated rooms. All I had to do was unpack my boxes, make my bed, order take-out and chill. I need to reiterate that this was no easy move. I am an older person, so I had a lot of stuff! I was just barely ready on the day of the move and that did not deter them. What I did not do, they did. I still can’t believe how hard they worked and how easy they made it look. I had never heard of We Move U LLC. I did not know anyone who knew them. I went with my heart and my gut and it paid off. I read some reviews online and liked what I read. I give them a five-star rating. I highly recommend them for a move of any distance: near or far. I can’t compliment them enough! They made me feel like family. God bless them!!!
